Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
European Union Customers
